  • Watchdog Timer: A built-in watchdog timer ensures that the µP hangs due to a software or hardware failure are detected and managed by resetting the µP if it does not regularly toggle the watchdog input.
  • Manual Reset Input: An additional manual reset input is provided, allowing for an external trigger to initiate a system reset.
