Description

The DG506ACY is an analog switch IC from Intersil Corporation. The device has four independent SPST switches that can be controlled by TTL or CMOS logic signals. It has a low on-resistance of 50Ω and a low leakage current of 1nA (typical). The device comes in a 16-pin SOIC package and has a supply voltage range of ±2V to ±20V. It is suitable for use in applications that require analog signal switching.
