The AS1117 series are three-terminal low dropout positive regulators with 1A output current capability. These regulators are specifically designed to provide well regulated supplies for low voltage IC applications such as high-speed bus termination and low current 3.3V logic supply. The AS1117 series are also well suited for other applications such as battery charger. The AS1117 features include a guaranteed maximum dropout voltage of 1.3V at full rated output current, decreasing at lower currents.
