The ON Semiconductor MC74ACT139N is a high-performance, dual 1-of-4 decoder/demultiplexer integrated circuit that is designed to address the needs of complex digital systems. This integrated circuit is organized as two individual 1-of-4 decoders, each with its own address inputs and an enable input. This means that when the enable input is high, all outputs of the decoder are high as well. When the enable input is low, one of the four outputs will go low, as determined by the combination of the address inputs.

With a wide operating voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V, the MC74ACT139N is compatible with most 5V systems. The device can also interface with TTL levels, making it suitable for use in mixed 5V and 3.3V environments.
