With low on-resistance (100Ω max) and 5Ω max matching between channels, the device ensures minimal signal distortion and provides excellent channel-to-channel crosstalk isolation. This makes it ideal for multiplexing and signal routing applications where low distortion is crucial.

The MAX312ESE+T features fast switching speeds (turn-on time of 175ns and turn-off time of 145ns), which is beneficial for applications that require quick response times. Additionally, its low charge injection (10pC max) minimizes signal corruption caused by switch actuation, preserving signal integrity.

Designed with a robust latch-up performance, the MAX312ESE+T can withstand latch-up to 300mA, ensuring stable operation under harsh conditions.
